CI Iron Pulleys – Built to Last
Our Industrial CI Iron Pulleys are manufactured using high-grade Cast Iron that provides excellent wear resistance and dimensional stability even under heavy-load conditions. These pulleys are designed for use in belt-drive transmission systems across manufacturing, agriculture, and industrial sectors.
Available in a wide range of diameters and face widths, our pulleys are precisely machined to ensure accurate belt alignment, reducing vibration and extending belt life. They are dynamically balanced for smooth, efficient power transmission.
Each pulley is cast using sand casting methods in our GIDC facility and finished with machining for tight tolerances. We can also manufacture custom-size pulleys as per client drawings or samples.
