Manufacturing Flow
A clean 1 to 9 pipeline showing every major stage from pattern making to final dispatch.
Patterns are prepared from drawing, sample or required dimensions.
Sand moulds are prepared with proper cavity formation and strength.
Cast iron is melted through controlled furnace process.
Extra runners, sand and rough edges are removed properly.
Casting is cooled naturally for strength and shape stability.
Molten metal is poured safely into prepared mould cavities.
Boring, finishing and fitment support is done as required.
Final components are checked for dimensions, finish and usability.
Approved components are packed and prepared for customer dispatch.
