The Orcavalve platform operates on two distinct parallel systems to ensure secure and efficient operations:
1. The Quotation Pipeline: Handled by the Sales/Quotation Team. Customers request custom quotes, which are generated as PDFs and sent back.
2. The Order Pipeline: Handled by the Production/Logistics Team. Customers place direct orders which go into manufacturing and dispatch stages.
Customers request quotes via the "Get Quotation" button on the homepage. The system uses AJAX to submit data seamlessly without refreshing the page.
When a client confirms an order via the "Place Order" modal, the system registers it into the orders database table.
The Order Admin panel provides tools to update stages from "Pending" to "Dispatched" and generate professional Proforma Invoices.
